Lars Larsen Group Employee Code of Conduct

JYSK is part of Lars Larsen Group and have implemented a set of Group policies, formalised in the Lars Larsen Group Employee Code of Conduct. This Code of Conduct is signed off by President and CEO of Lars Larsen Group. Policies, which are formalised through this Code of Conduct, adhere to the requirement of the Danish Financial Statements Act §99a, i.e. policies on:

  • Human Rights
  • Environment and Climate
  • Anti-Corruption and Bribery
  • Social and Employee Terms

President and CEO of JYSK is overall responsible for compliance with the Code of Conduct. Strategic- and day-to-day responsibility and decision-making is divided between relevant senior management functions, including  Compliance and Human Resources.
Cases of non-compliance with Lars Larsen Group Employee Code of Conduct will be managed case by case and with dialogue and involvement of relevant stakeholders.

You can find the Lars Larsen Group Employee Code of Conduct at Lars Larsen Group's corporate site.

Whistleblowing service

JYSK strive to maintain a transparent business environment and high business ethics and cherish and promote an open and straightforward culture and dialog.

If our employees for some reason find themselves in a situation, where they feel they cannot be open with information about a suspicion of non-compliance with the Lars Larsen Group Employee Code of Conduct, JYSK offers the option of reporting the concern anonymously though a whistleblowing service.

Lars Larsen Group Employee Code of Conduct communicates a reporting structure, for reporting a concern of non-compliance. The reporting structure includes the possibility to report through Lars Larsen Group whistleblowing service.

This whistleblowing service should be seen as a supplement to the dialogue and openness, encouraged across Lars Larsen Group.

The whistleblowing service is available in all appropriate languages.

Grievance mechanism in our supply chain

JYSK is a member of Amfori BSCI and have implemented a Code of Conduct for suppliers.

Our membership with Amfori BSCI enables a grievance mechanism for business partners. The Amfori BSCI external grievance mechanism provides a platform for individuals or organisations to submit grievances, about perceived or real instances of wrong or unfair treatment.
